Annual Concert Fundraiser Benefiting Industrial Arts Programs of East County Schools

The East County Economic Development Council Foundation invites you to join us for an evening of live music in support of the industrial arts programs of East County schools. Continuing our tradition, we will honor the outstanding shop student in each of our East County high schools and community colleges.

This year’s event will feature live acoustic performances by Doyle Dykes and The Kruger Brothers and a live auction including a Taylor Guitar, a Deering Banjo, and a 1923 Ford T Roadster. Raffle tickets offer additional chances to win great prizes, including a second Taylor Guitar!

About the East County EDC Foundation:
Since its beginning in 1998, the East County EDC Foundation has made commitments to those students who might otherwise “fall through the cracks” by developing and funding programs to continue shop classes in East County high schools. The Foundation has made upgrades to machinery, bought basic tools and supplies, and provided plenty of raw materials. Over the years, the Foundation has made monetary awards of over $350,000 to shop classes, teachers, and students.
